The 2023 SOAR Summit, presented by Appalachian Wireless and the Appalachian Regional Commission, will feature one of the most influential people across Appalachia.
Governor Andy Beshear has confirmed his attendance at Appalachia’s premier event, the 2023 SOAR Summit.
The Summit is set for October 3-4 at the Corbin Arena in Corbin.
Working together for a better Eastern Kentucky
Governor Andy Beshear, who also serves as a Co-Principal Officer at SOAR, will provide remarks on October 4th.
The Dean of the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Hal Rogers, cofounded SOAR with former Governor Steve Beshear in 2013 to revitalize southern and eastern Kentucky and the region’s coal-producing counties. He continues to serve as a Co-Principal Officer of SOAR, and he will be one of the highlighted speakers on both days of the summit.
Together, Congressman Rogers and Gov. Beshear will make important announcements related to projects and communities across Eastern Kentucky during the event.
We’ve got a great two days of programming lined up. View our updated agenda HERE.
