Bootstrapping a startup is hard.
Lack of capital can stop many Eastern Kentucky entrepreneurs from fully launching and growing a business.
To make sure this doesn’t happen, Shaping Our Appalachian Region has launched two programs to help Eastern Kentucky startups access funding:
- Early-stage entrepreneurs can apply to share their stories and win funding at the Startup Appalachia Pitch Competition.
- Late-stage entrepreneurs (high-growth, scalable startups) can apply for seed funding through the Kentucky Angel Fund.
We’re also seeking investors to contribute to the fund.
