Congressman Hal Rogers has confirmed his attendance at Appalachia’s premier event, the 2023 SOAR Summit.
The Summit is set for October 3-4 at the Corbin Arena in Corbin.
Since its Inception
Congressman Hal Rogers, who also serves as a Co-Principal Officer at SOAR, will provide remarks on October 4th.
The Dean of the U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Hal Rogers, co-founded SOAR with former Governor Steve Beshear in 2013 to revitalize southern and eastern Kentucky and the region’s coal-producing counties.
He continues to serve as a Co-Principal Officer of SOAR, and he will be one of the highlighted speakers on the second day of the summit.
