Kentucky Power partnered with the Eastern Kentucky Talent Network and Ashland Community and Technical College Career Services to connect Eastern Kentuckians with full-time Remote Customer Service Representative positions. These roles offered stability, long-term advancement, and meaningful work.

Who We Were Looking For

The best candidates to apply for the Remote Customer Service Representative roles are community-minded individuals who enjoy helping others, can communicate clearly, and want a long-term career, not just a work-from-home job.

You’re a strong fit for future roles with Kentucky Power if:

You have at least one year of customer service experience

You’re friendly, patient, and steady under pressure

You enjoy solving problems and supporting people

You’re comfortable working full-time from a computer

You want a reliable job with predictable hours and real advancement

Additional Requirements:

Have a high school diploma or GED

Be available for various shifts, with occasional weekends or overtime

Live in a Kentucky Power service county: Breathitt, Boyd, Carter, Floyd, Greenup, Johnson, Knott, Lawrence, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Perry, or Pike
