Shaping Our Appalachian Region is working to create more jobs, stronger communities, and better opportunities across Eastern Kentucky. We need talented, reliable partners to help us make it happen.
The 2026 Vendor Request for Qualifications is a short, simple form that all vendors — whether you’ve worked with us before or are new — must complete.
We can’t hire you as a vendor or pay for services unless you’ve submitted this form and are added to our vendor library. Filling it out doesn’t guarantee work, but it makes you eligible for all upcoming projects.
Our 2026 Vendor Selection Process
Once you’re added to our approved vendor library, your company may be invited to work on mission-driven projects that support our communities and highlight the people of Eastern Kentucky.
Vendors on the approved list may be asked to respond to project-specific proposals throughout the year, including major events like the annual SOAR Summit.

We’ve made the process simple, transparent, and supportive so you know exactly what to expect:
- Fill out the RFQ application form with your business information, capabilities, and work samples.
- Our team will evaluate submissions for creative excellence, demonstrated experience, and alignment with our mission.
- If selected, you’ll be added to our approved vendor list and may receive invitations to bid on project-specific RFPs across our events, campaigns, and multimedia initiatives.
