Social Media can make or break you.  For Governor Andy Beshear, he really isn’t worries about social media. His sole focus is on building a #TeamKentucky to work #TogetherKy to defeat COVID-19.

But, those memes… All those memes.

When asked about it Sunday during his press briefing, Gov. Beshear, who is a co-principal officer of SOAR, said, “If it makes people smile right now, I’m for it.”

We are smiling… Each and every day as uncertainty seems to hover over our region more intently, we are calmed by Gov. Beshear’s demeanor, his tone, and his encouragement that this virus is no match to our willingness to work together to defeat it.

So, with that, I must admit that I follow a Facebook Group, Andy Beshear Memes for Social Distancing Teens, which has more than 80,000 followers.
