SOAR Principal Officer Governor Matt Bevin recently visited the Benham Schoolhouse Inn, a SOAR Blueprint Partner. Bevin and Congressman Hal Rogers, also a Principal Officer of SOAR, announced a $2.55 million AML Pilot grant for the Tri-Cities region. Governor Bevin takes a look at the rich history of the Benham Schoolhouse and how it is being used as cornerstone of the efforts to build a future in Benham and Harlan County.
