The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Trainee role is an entry point into healthcare that does not require prior experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Paid training and certification
  • $13.17/hour during training
  • $17.63/hour after certification
  • Full-time with benefits
  • 4-day workweek
