Subject-matter experts from across Appalachia Kentucky will lead Breakout Sessions at the first-ever SOAR Mini Summit, presented by Kentucky Power, on March 7-8 in Ashland.
The event, focused on tourism and downtown revitalization, will be held at the Paramount Arts Center and Delta Hotel.
Four breakout sessions will be held on the morning of March 8. They are designed to address challenges and celebrate opportunities across the region related to issues pertaining to tourism and downtown revitalization.
