How is your internet? Is it lagging? Is it fast? Or does it not exist in your area?
The state has been hosting a listening tour that began Tuesday, Feb. 14, in Hopkinsville as part of the ongoing Better Internet Initiative.
As Kentucky develops a high-speed internet plan, the Office of Broadband Development, in collaboration with the Education and Labor Cabinet, is visiting local areas to hear from people about their internet needs and connectivity.
Why not let your voice be heard?
There are only two more stops in our Appalachian mountains that you can make sure to be at to discuss the need for better broadband in our Eastern Kentucky region:
- March 13: Prestonsburg, 1-3 PM
- March 16: Morehead, 1-3 PM
