Explore Construction Opportunities
Interested in putting your skills to work in construction?
Edelen Renewables will be on site conducting intake for individuals interested in applying for construction jobs associated with its projects. This is an opportunity to learn more about available career pathways, share your experience and interests, and take an initial step toward potential construction employment. Whether you already have construction experience or are interested in exploring where your skills could fit, stop by and connect with the team.
Explore Nuclear Opportunities
A career in nuclear energy doesn’t necessarily mean leaving Eastern Kentucky behind. SOAR’s EKY Runway team will be available to provide screening and support for individuals interested in opportunities with WECTEC, which supports nuclear energy projects across the country. These project-based opportunities can provide a pathway for Eastern Kentuckians to use their technical, industrial, construction, and skilled-trades experience on projects beyond the region while continuing to call Eastern Kentucky home. At the Career Expo, you can learn more about this work model, discuss your experience with the team, and find out what steps may come next.
