Step 3: One-on-One Assessment
Meet with our team
You’ll connect directly with a member of the EKY Talent Network team for a personalized assessment. This is where we take a deeper look at your goals, experience, and readiness for available roles. We may also help you refine your resume, highlight transferable skills, and prepare for upcoming opportunities.
Step 4: Lock in Your Interview
If qualified, get scheduled in advance
If your background aligns with current employer needs, we’ll schedule your interview ahead of time. This gives you a clear next step and helps you walk in prepared and confident. Our goal is to make sure you’re not just showing up—but showing up ready.
Important Note: Walk-ins are welcome, but interviews are not guaranteed.
Pre-registering and completing all steps ahead of time gives you the best chance to secure an interview and make the most of the opportunity.
