PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – WDOC, Inc., which owns WQHY (95.5 FM) and WDOC (1310 AM) in Prestonsburg, Ky., joined Shaping Our Appalachian Region, Inc. (SOAR) as an East Kentucky and Media Partner.
