Shaping Our Appalachian Region is building the talent, opportunity, and community infrastructure needed to get 15,000 Eastern Kentuckians working by 2035, and we’re looking for trusted creative partners to help make it happen.
The 2026 Vendor Request for Qualifications is your opportunity to be considered for paid work on upcoming events, campaigns, and multimedia projects that support our mission across all 54 counties.

Our 2026 Vendor Selection Process
Companies on our vendor list will have the opportunity to collaborate on mission-driven projects that uplift communities, support employers, and spotlight the people of Eastern Kentucky. If you’re chosen, you may be invited to respond to project-specific RFPs throughout 2026, including the annual SOAR Summit.

- Our team will evaluate submissions for creative excellence, demonstrated experience, and alignment with our mission.
- If selected, you’ll be added to our approved vendor list and may receive invitations to bid on project-specific RFPs across our events, campaigns, and multimedia initiatives.
