About the speaker
John P. Reinhart, CPA, MBA is a healthcare executive and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital health, workforce development, long-term care, and aging innovation. He is Partner & President of CNAonline.com (Academic Platforms), which operates an exclusive national partnership with the American Health Care Association (AHCA) to develop and deliver hybrid, pre-licensure Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) training programs and related education technology services.

John currently serves as an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) supporting the NIH National Institute on Aging, working through BioHealth Innovation and the NIA Office of Small Business Research, where he advises early-stage companies on commercialization strategy, health policy considerations, and scaling innovations for aging populations.

He is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Thrive Center Inc., a nonprofit focused on advancing innovation in aging and caregiving, and a Partner & Manager at Extract Wellness. Earlier in his career, John co-founded InnovateLTC, an international center dedicated to validating and accelerating new products, services, and technologies for long-term care, and held senior innovation and executive roles in healthcare organizations based in Kentucky and beyond.

John holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and an MBA in Healthcare Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
