PIKEVILLE, Ky. – Shaping Our Appalachian Region, Inc. (SOAR) is pleased to announce its newest Blueprint Partners.
The program is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations. It provides extensive networking opportunities for those who participate, as well as opportunities to serve on advisory boards, access to communications and updates, increased access to resource partners, and discounts to SOAR-related events.

SOAR is requesting an annual tax-deductible gift of $50 for businesses and $10 for individuals, however, if individuals and organizations cannot contribute they can apply for a waiver which will be determined by SOAR staff.
