Dr. KC Alvarado is a leader in workforce development with more than 15 years of experience bridging education and industry. She currently serves in Mission-driven Workforce and Education Strategy with H3 Solutions Group. Previously, as Director of Ready for Industry (RFI), Dr. Alvarado partnered with schools, workforce agencies, and correctional systems to equip learners with the skills needed to thrive in today’s economy.
Beyond RFI, Dr. Alvarado co-owns two construction businesses with her husband and serves as co-founder of HOLA Lakeway, an organization dedicated to advancing opportunities and representation for the immigrant and refugee community. Her work reflects her mission statement: “If it’s not good, not right, not profitable, not honoring to God, then I’m not in it.”
With a background in career and technical education and a commitment to expanding opportunities for all communities, Dr. Alvarado aligns training programs with real-world industry needs to prepare students and job seekers for lasting success.
