JonEvan Jack’s, a Corbin restaurant known for its burgers, pizza, and wings is serving up much more than delicious, local favorites.
For Christmas this year, owner Nathan Brown, along with a host of volunteers, served the community by delivering free, hot meals to people in need.
Brown’s community service is not limited to delivering Christmas dinner. On his Facebook page, Brown offers free meals for pick up during snow days for local Laurel and Whitley County kids.
The service is widely appreciated by people in the area. “This is just amazing…My mind is blown at the generosity here,” commented one astonished patron on a social media post notifying the public of the available “snow day special.”
Brown, like many local business owners is stepping up to give back to the community that established his success. His innovative approach to addressing the needs of local children is sure to resonate with other entrepreneurs looking for ways to serve their local community.
JonEvan Jack’s is open 7 days a week.
