The wait is over! Shaping Our Appalachian Region’s Country Music Highway Tribute Show is here. On Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13, the streets of Louisa will be transformed into a showcase of the Country Music Highway’s future stars, along with food and arts and crafts vendors, activities for children, and more.
This year’s Country Music Highway Tribute Show is presented by Addiction Recovery Care, Kentucky Power, Trace Creek Construction, and Todd Case Trucking. Events such as this would not be possible without the generosity of our presenting sponsors and event sponsors.
Why should you bring your favorite chair, put on your boots, and attend? I’m glad you asked. Here are 10 quick reasons why.
1 | It’s Free and Family Friendly
The Country Music Highway is a FREE event and is family-friendly.
Perhaps you have never been to Louisa. If you have, welcome back. If not, we’ve got you covered. Have you ever attended events with limited parking and no shuttles? We know it is frustrating.
That’s why we’ve created an interactive parking map and are offering FREE shuttle service on Saturday, July 13 from 3 p.m. until the end of the show from Lawrence County High School and the old Louisa Plaza. Learn more about parking, shuttles, and other information HERE.
All attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite lawn/camping chair!
We also have activities for the kids, including:
- Inflatable waterslide
- Rockwall Climbing
- Train rides
