Affordable Connectivity Program

SOAR’s Office of Digital Equity provides residents in Elliott, Jackson, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, and Wolfe counties support in applying for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). We also work with clients on how to use the Internet to improve their quality of life. From remote work to telehealth, job training, or just better connecting with friends and family, connectivity in today’s world is essential.

Let’s talk

We know signing up for a program can be difficult. We are here to help! We’ll see if you qualify and walk you through the application process.

Access digital tools & training

We believe, with digital skills and access, everyone in our region can use the internet to its greatest potential. We were one of 18 organizations to receive support from the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) to create greater awareness of the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program.
