We are expecting a great crowd in Louisa for the Country Music Highway Tribute Show on July 13-14 in Louisa. Because of this, and the support of our Presenting Sponsors Addiction Recovery Care, Kentucky Power, Todd Case Trucking, and Trace Creek Construction, we are proud to announce FREE parking and shuttle service for the July 13th show in Louisa.
Shuttles will run from Lawrence County High School and the Louisa Plaza from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 13. FREE parking is also available throughout downtown Louisa. You can view an interactive parking map HERE.
A handicap drop-off area will be at the intersection of West Main Street and South Main Cross Street (the same location as the shuttle drop-off). Handicap parking will be available in the parking area across from Louisa City Hall ( 215 N Main Cross St, Louisa, KY 41230).
The Million Dollar Holler Homecoming
Shaping Our Appalachian Region is bringing home three of Lawrence County’s native sons for a homecoming like no other.
15-time Grammy winner Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder will join Larry Cordle, another Grammy winner, and American Idol winner Noah Thompson for an action-packed three-performer headliner on Saturday, July 13 starting at 6 p.m.
But that’s just the icing on the cake.
We’ll have music starting on the evening of Friday, July 12, and all day Saturday, July 13.

What to bring
Let’s start with your favorite lawn or camper chair. We’ll have plenty of places for you to sit along Main Street. Come early and snag a spot under one of the shade trees.
What’s a show without food? We’ll have more than 10 food vendors, including Smokin’ J’s, who are donating a portion of their proceeds to the Country Music Highway Tribute Show to fund organizations supporting the arts up and down the Highway. Masterpiece Cafe will have special Country Music Highway-themed drinks and menu items during the event.
If you love arts and crafts, we’ll have plenty of artisans selling handmade products throughout the event.
Activities for the kids
We’ll have activities for the kids throughout the event, including a rock wall and train provided by Paintsville Tourism.
You can also visit booths from a variety of Shaping Our Appalachian Region’s corporate and event sponsors.

The Country Music Highway Tribute Show is a FREE event thanks to the support of Shaping Our Appalachian Region’s corporate partners and event sponsors. Our mission is to raise funds to support organizations supporting the arts along the Country Music Highway.
In short, there’s no stretch of roadway that has produced more stars… We want to make sure that continues.
