PBS Newshour, a nationally televised program recognized SOAR Partners, Pikeville Medical Center’s contribution to a region that suffered tremendous economic hardship with the loss of jobs in the coal industry. Currently employing 3100+ or nearly half the population of Pikeville, PMC has offered hope for economic stability and revitalization.
