BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – Randal Adkins spent 15 years as a truck driver until he was laid off in 2015.

When one door closed, another one opened – thanks to the help of KCEOC Community Action Partnership.

Services provided through KCEOC through a contract with our Grassroots Partner Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program, Inc. (EKCEP), Adkins was able to return to school and eventually land a position as a recruiter with Hidden Creek Transportation.

Check out Adkins’ entire story HERE.
