The National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) named Shaping Our Appalachian Region as one of 18 organizations that will launch the National Digital Navigator Corps.
With this designation, SOAR will be able to help Eastern Kentucky residents gain:
- Access to the internet
- Access to digital devices
- Access to digital skills training
These services will be provided free to participants.
SOAR will serve six Eastern Kentucky counties with these services: Elliott, Jackson, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, and Wolfe.
With access to these free digital benefits, those in our region struggling with economic mobility will be able to leverage the internet to improve economic and educational outcomes.
If you live in Elliott, Jackson, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, or Wolfe Counties and want to access these services, fill out the form to get started!
