Increase access to lifesaving care: Help rural patients get online

The Affordable Connectivity Program provides a $30-per-month discount to eligible households

Eastern Kentucky residents often have to drive long distances to access healthcare. As a result, they may receive later diagnoses and experience lower survival rates for treatable conditions.

Telehealth — powered by home internet access — can reverse these odds for rural patients.

The Affordable Connectivity Program helps eligible households get online by reducing their monthly cost of internet service. They’ll be able to access life-saving telehealth services without leaving home.
